What forms of payment do you accept?

You can use your credit card, personal check or money order.  Just click on the Buy Now buttons, and an item will be added to your shopping cart.  Using a credit card is safe and secure on our website!  If you wish to use a check, go to the Store Catalog page, and then click on the Order Form link.  Fill out the form, print and mail with your payment, whether it is a check or money order, to the address listed on the page.  Do NOT send cash in the mail.   A check must clear the bank before the purchase will be shipped, usually about ten days according to our bank.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes!  Be aware the shipping costs cannot be calculated online due to variances of shipping to different countries.  The shipping costs quoted in the shopping cart are for the USA only.  Be sure to email for a shipping quote if in doubt, and email mailing address.  There may be higher shipping rates to Alaska or Hawaii for certain items.  You will be contacted by email before your credit card is charged.  You may call us at (731) 847-0717 and we can accept your Mastercard or Visa over the phone.  We do not call you for obvious reasons... so that you do not have to be concerned about being solicited for your credit information.

It has come to our attention that folks in Norway who use Hotmail email accounts may not be receiving emails from us when they have placed an order.  Spam filters are getting better all the time, and may delete our emails before you can receive them.  Every order is sent a confirmation email after an order is placed.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call us at (731) 847-0717 and we can handle the order over the phone.  Or try using a different address.  If all else fails, use the phone.

What is the Return Policy?

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. How will the swing be shipped?

Normal shipping is done by Fedex Ground to your address or USPS Priority.  Other arrangements can be made upon request.

What else will I need to hang my swing?

When your swing arrives, it will be adjusted for the measurements you initially provided us.  It will come with a big hook on the top, ready to put in a bolt in the ceiling.  A 4" eye bolt will come with the swing as well for you to put in a beam in the ceiling.  If you are not installing the eye bolt, you need to have made other arrangements.  You will need to provide your own spreader bar.  We recommend a 1 inch hardwood dowel, available at most hardware stores, cut to 44-inch length. 

What adjustments will I need to make to the straps?

We will ship your swing already adjusted for your specified height.  The height of the swing from the ceiling is the one adjustment you will need to make once it arrives.  This is based on the height of the man and his placement with the lady.  The lady cannot be in the swing for this adjustment.  All other straps can be adjusted with her in the swing.  For instance, you may prefer the straps that go under the small of the back to be tighter, a personal preference based on your own body structure.  It is helpful if you have a level to use when adjusting the swing.  Since you will make an adjustment to each side of the main strap connected to the hook, it is necessary to check to make sure the lady will be level in the swing.  If she is not level, you will not enter her centered, and the maximum enjoyment/pleasure will not be met.

Remember to help the lady out of the swing!

When the lady is ready to get out of the swing, she needs to hold onto the spreader bar and roll out.  The gentleman should be standing there to catch her because her knees will be weak from so much pleasure!  That's when my husband and I hug and kiss and have our "tender moment"! 

How do I clean my swing?

Simply remove the spreader bar, holding it by the top hook.  Hang it in the shower, and wash with soap and water, rinse.  Let it air dry, and it is ready for use again very quickly.
